The service
The Case Portal lets client dental practices of YM Dental Lab view the status of their lab cases, request case pickups, and receive notifications. Access is provided to practices at YM Dental Lab’s discretion. Case information shown here is a convenience view of the lab’s production records; for clinical or billing questions call 703.330.1990.
SMS program terms
By entering a mobile number in the “Text me when picked up” field, you agree to receive automated case status text messages from YM Dental Lab at +1 844‑223‑1560. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your case activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP or call 703.330.1990 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in code confidential and tell us promptly if it may have been shared. We may suspend access that appears misused. The portal is provided as-is; we work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
