What we collect
The Case Portal (portal.ymdental.com) is used by dental practices that are clients of YM Dental Lab. We collect the business contact information a practice provides when using the portal: office email address, office location for pickups, notes about lab cases, and — only if a practice chooses to enter it — a mobile phone number for text notifications. Case records show patient last name and first initial only.
How we use it
This information is used solely to provide lab services: showing a practice its own cases, coordinating case pickups and deliveries, and sending the notifications the practice asked for (email, and text messages where a mobile number was provided). We do not advertise, and we do not send marketing messages.
Text messages
Entering a mobile number in the portal’s “Text me when picked up” field is your consent to receive case status text messages from YM Dental Lab at +1 844‑223‑1560. Message frequency varies with your case activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that operate this portal for us (Microsoft Azure hosting and messaging delivery), and only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.
